Creative Options August Activities

7We are pausing our usual programme of activities in August and replacing it with four bigger activities. These will be accessible by any current Member of Creative Options or attendees of S.P.A.C.E (please note the S.P.A.C.E. project will still be running in person each Sunday – if you are not a member then you must register for this here.)

We have our Vintage Afternoon Tea event happening on 14th August. The cost is £7 for paid-up members (including S.P.A.C.E) and £9 for non-members. If you can bring three other non-members, you will get a free ticket for yourself.  Please see the attached flyer for more details.  The day consists of a singer, a quiz, a raffle and food. The raffle is 50p for one ticket and £2 for a strip of 5.
 
The August Activities plan is as follows:
·      Christchurch quay and Bournemouth seafront on the 4th August 2021, The event starts at 10:30 and ends at around 6 pm. Make sure you bring food for the day or money to buy something.  The whole day is £20.  Also, there are limited car spaces for additional costs. 
 
·      Lepe beach B.B.Q. on the 11th August 2021, The event starts at 11:30am and will end around 4:30pm. The cost of the day is £7 for the B.B.Q.  We will need additional support in driving people to the site. If you can support driving, please also email this to us. 
 
·      Picnic in the park on 18th August, a free event from 11.30am to 2.30pm, please bring your food. If you get anything to share, it must be wrapped up and sealed before being handed out. 
 
·      Pub meal on the 25th August, further details to be sent to members who state they wish to come to this event
 
If you would like to attend any of these events please can you let us know at the latest the Monday before so we know numbers for each event.
