World mental health day 10th October

It is World Mental Health Day on Wednesday 10th October and Creative Options will be taking part at the events being held at the 3rd Age Centre. Our choir 'with a song in mind' will be performing, there will be hand-massages with Julie, a mindfulness session and we shall have photos on display from the 'Hampshire Festival of the Mind' as well as the drone footage of the 'walk of hope'. 
Emma will be doing a 'create and prosper' workshop table and will be bringing the 'hope' fishes for people to make. We shall also have a table with the 'products of hope' and our leaflets. 
We would like help with manning the stalls, so if you wouldn't mind doing that please get in touch and let us know. 
Please note there will be no drop-in that day (10/10/18) as we are supporting this event instead.
