S.P.A.C.E ~ Creative Options. Are you living in Southampton and struggling? Have you been struggling with thoughts of self harm or strong difficult emotions?
The first cohort of 2022 have just finished and was a big success for the attendees. The course will be based around 'compassionate conversations' and be led by Ling Salter. The charge will be £10 a month which is payable after the first 4 weeks. This will start again in the 2023 as we need to recruit 12 people at least before we re-start it. If you're interested, please get in touch using the admin@creative-options.org email address. Meetings are from 1.00 p.m. - 4.00 p.m. at Southampton water activities centre, SO14 3FL. We chose to run this group on a Sunday at Southampton Water Activities centre because we know support during the weekends can be much harder to find and for some a Sunday can be lonely.
