Creative Options Community Project is a Southampton based Registered charity offering support, training and mentoring to people with mental health issues. Together we battle stigma, social isolation and lack of opportunity. We achieve this by enabling our members to unlock their potential by giving them opportunity to develop their passions, skills and interests on their recovery journey and help themselves as they help others.

Wellbeing Support Group on Wednesday & Hope Hub on Saturday
Although we are in another lockdown support groups are allowed to keep running up to 15 people. This means Hope Hub and Wednesday Wellbeing Group will still be meeting in person.
There is no need to book Hope Hub, so if interested please arrive at Shirley Warren Action Church, 117 Warren Crescent, Shirley Warren, Southampton SO16 6AY from 6pm until 9pm. Water will be provided, but other refreshments are not permitted during lockdown. For more information about Hope Hub please click on this link.
To book for Wednesday Wellbeing Support Group please click here. Please bring your own refreshments and food - which cannot be shared with anyone else in the group.
Please be aware the Wednesday Wellbeing Group will be changing to match the new law in place, this means we have to be stricter, and we won’t be able to the usual crafts that usually happen. It’s now for structured activity which includes a weekly quiz, wellbeing discussions and meditation. The group will also start at 11:00 am, and end at 1 pm. The building will be locked until 10:45 so please do not arrive early. Finally, you will have to leave straight away.
If the above is not followed, we will have to stop Wednesday Wellbeing Group until lockdown ends.
We have COVID-19 safety arrangements in place including track and trace, hand sanitiser and a set seating arrangement to ensure social distance is maintained.
To enable this way of working, we are asking all members to follow some simple rules:
