Just a reminder that Women's Support Group is now the first Thursday in every month only. 
Discussion on 'stigma'. All welcome: people with lived experience, carers, relatives, friends, professionals and anyone interested in mental health. This event is free and there will be free refreshments.
All members and participants to attend please. Nominations as soon as possible for Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary please. All positions voluntary. Training can be given.
Please note drop-in starts 11:00 AM on this morning to allow for the Trustees to have a brief meeting before the A.G.M., thank you. For this month only, Cookery Class will be taking place on the 3rd and 4th week of the month (as opposed to the usual 2nd and 3rd week).
That means that Meal Cookery will take place this Friday 19th January at the usual time of 2-4 PM at the Central Baptist Church, and Cake Baking will take place next Friday 26th January. Thank you and apologies for the late notice. There will be no 'Not Staying In' this Saturday 13th January due to Saire being unwell. The next one will be on the 27th January.
