A day of raising awareness for World Suicide Awareness Day. There will be stalls, a reflective area, art, music, poetry, interactive theatre and buffets. An opportunity to network, share and discuss well-being with people with lived experiences, carers and professionals. Contact Saire Hershel for details.

The Drop-In sessions are now over for the summer, but other activities will be continuing until the very end of July. On Monday 31st July, we will hold the final sessions of the term, then that will be it for the formal programme/activities!
Some activities will available throughout the summer but people must be prepared to make their own arrangements (please see the Summer 2017 Extra-Mural Programme for details). The timetable will officially recommence on the 4th of September. From the 6th September, the venue for the Wednesday Drop-Ins will be changing. We will be meeting at the Freemantle United Reformed Church (257 Shirley Road, Southampton, SO15 3HS).
