All of us are going to be affected by this pandemic, and all of us can take steps to protect our mental health, to prevent our mental health from deteriorating.
This starts with taking steps to look after our mental health, and over the last few weeks we have been providing reliable and relevant advice through our dedicated Coronavirus Advice Hub where you can find tips on parenting, living with the pandemic if you already have mental health problems and advice for older people. Together we have achieved so much already but there is still so much more to be done to ensure that good mental health is for all, today and tomorrow.
