This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme is kindness As well as being kind to others, it is so important to be kind to yourself. Getting out for some exercise every day can make a huge difference to your wellbeing. So If you haven't already, please sign up to our virtual event 'Miles for Mental Health' and challenge yourself to run, walk or jog the distance of a marathon over a month starting from today. Highlighting our Hidden Heroes

Louise, one of our mental health recovery workers Staffordshire, tells us more about how Covid-19 is affecting our services and about the recent 'Hidden Heroes' award she has received for her dedication to the cause.
