Do you have a mental health issue or are you recovering and looking for support integrating back into society? If so, we'd love to support you in your endeavours!
At Creative Options, we have an open door policy for newcomers. Anyone who has experienced mental health issues is welcome to come along and join us, together with carers, relatives and friends. There is no pressure to commit straight away as you are free to try out several "taster sessions" of our service before doing so. Simply come along to one of our Wednesday Wellbeing sessions first to get started. |

We kindly request all visitors arrive (not much later than) 12:30 PM, so that we have time to show you around and talk to you — your help in this matter will be much appreciated.
And please note that although it will not be a concern to begin with, if you do continue attending with us you will eventually need to complete a risk assessment form and referral form. You will also need to become familiar with our membership guidelines, which are available here, and will also be given out with the referral form and risk assessment. The guidelines were designed by and for everyone involved in the Creative Options Project, and must be followed by all members in order to protect the safety and well-being of all. ![]()
We look forward to seeing you soon! |
